The No Jet path on Rumbly Jungle has two exits, one via the leaf-ride, and one that is the same as the No Gun route's exit. To get to the latter, you must keep travelling left the whole route. (You will have to go through a secret wall through a mud-slide).

When by the exit, instead of jumping off the Snapperpillar, go past it and shoot the blue breakable block.

Be very careful not to land on the steepest part of the mudslide, else you will roll down to the leaf-ride exit. You can use the upside-down mushroom as a stepping-stone. Enter the door to find the cave Wolfin is in.
